Bergamo Polenta Flour Vacuum Pack
Molino Nicoli is renowned for having been a producer of polenta flour, a typical dish of the ancient peasant tradition of the Bergamo region, for more than 7 generations of its owners. In order to make our BERGAMO POLENTA, at Molino Nicoli we select and use maize that comes exclusively from our controlled agricultural supply chain. This means that our maize has been cultivated here in Italy, contains no GMO-ingredients and is gluten free. Our maize is dried at low temperatures only, a process that makes it possible to maintain the original nutritional properties of the kernel. After milling, our BERGAMO POLENTA FLOUR, a totally natural product, is ready to be served and tasted at your table! In order to ensure optimal preservation of the product, at Molino Nicoli we have designed a special 1 kg vacuum pack packaging with a shelf life up to three years. Our vacuum packaging guarantees top quality food safety and security.
