Nicoli maize couscous is a revolutionary product so easy to cook. All you have to do it to boil a given quantity of water, add the same quantity (1:1 weight ratio) of couscous and let the mixture sit for 2 minutes. After that, add a knob of butter or a spoon of extra virgin olive oil and cook the product on a slow flame for 3 minutes. Couscous can accompany meat, fish or vegetable dishes. It is the perfect way to quickly prepare a lot of different delicious dishes. This product made entirely of maize can be recommended also to those who suffer from gluten allergies or gluten intolerance.
