Come una volta Whole Grain Polenta
The maize that we use to make our whole grain polenta is cultivated in the valleys and on the plain of the Bergamo region. In agriculture, a more than a hundred-year-old experience of cultivating maize has created a tradition that is not to be forgotten. In order to make our whole grain polenta, we select and use maize that comes exclusively from our controlled agricultural supply chain. This means that our maize has been cultivated here in Italy and is dried at low temperatures only, a process that makes it possible to maintain the natural properties and nutritional value of the kernel. Our special grinding methods also allow us to preserve the original nutritional properties of the cereal. Delicious and easy to digest, our WHOLE GRAIN polenta is a perfect dish for any age and can be especially recommended to accompany meat dishes.
