It is not just a tasty snack that boosts your energy level without weighing you down but it is also a source of Omega 3 fatty acids, naturally extracted from linseeds, that are proven to reduce the amount of triglycerides in blood, improve heart rate and prevent the onset of cardiac arrhythmia. In addition, these bars are completely milk and lactose free (including any “hidden” dairy-derived ingredients) and can thus be also recommended to customers suffering from lactose intolerance.
