Traditional Corn Flakes
Nicoli Corn Flakes are made with crunchy toasted maize flakes, processed according to a traditional recipe with just water and steam, a method that makes it possible to preserve all original nutritional properties of the cereal unaltered. For our Nicoli Corn Flakes we select and use maize that comes exclusively from our controlled agricultural supply chain. It is cultivated here in Italy, contains no GMO-ingredients, no added fat, no artificial colouring, additives or preservatives. Nicoli Corn Flakes have been enriched with group B vitamins and iron, two minor elements that are crucial for the proper functioning of our body. This particular product is made at our factory using primary ingredients that contain no traces of gluten as per authorisation granted to us by the Italian Ministry of Health, the National Health Services' main body in the country. In order to satisfy the ministerial requirements we have build a separate area at our factory dedicated exclusively to gluten free products, where no cross-contamination can occur. Our Corn Flakes can thus be recommended to customers who are allergic or suffer from any kind of gluten intolerance. This product is also available in the organic version.
